Need help activating Contrast feature

Hi. I recently bought the licensed version of Free Monitor Manager. I am still unable to use the Contrast feature on my laptop screen. It is greyed out as seen: https://imgur.com/a/YSvE0y9

Is this a license related issue or a monitor related issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I bought this specifically for to be able to control the contrast on my laptop screen

Unfortunately, this is a monitor related issue. Laptops' displays does not support changing the contrast typically.
