You can post a feature request here:

Hi Alervd, any plans of enabling the monitor-specific profiles option in the future? I think that'd be a nice little feature to have.

Yes I see now how it works. I set up all 3 monitors individually and assign a profile to them. So 1 profile will control all 3 monitors.

There are no monitor-specific profiles currently. Each profile has settings for the each monitor you've ever connected to your PC.
I think it "does not affect" your monitor #3 just because it has the same settings your monitor has.

I have 3 monitors. When I create a profile for monitor #1 it affects monitor #2 as well as monitor #1 [which is the same model monitor] but it doesn't affect monitor #3 which is a different model/manufacturer.

Is each profile supposed to only affect only the specific monitor that the profile was created with...this is the way it should be?

Download FMM 3.1

Main changes comparing to the previous release version (1.0):
* Perform user defined actions on applications activation. For example, automatically adjust monitor's brightness when you start watching a movie.
* Greatly improved work in multi-monitor configurations.
* DDC/CI support is no longer required.
